About Kirk B. Forseth II
The Vampire King of Literature

Kirk B. Forseth II, proudly hailed as The Vampire King of Literature, has been enamored with vampires and storytelling since the age of four. That lifelong fascination has driven him to craft not one, but two rich and distinct vampire universes—each with its own lore, rules, and dark allure. His passion for gothic literature burns through every page of his signature series, The Necro Realm and The Shadow Dancers.

A fearless and versatile writer, Kirk doesn't shy away from exploring new genres. Still, if given the opportunity, he's likely to slip a vampire or werewolf into the mix. His darker works are balanced with thrilling creations like Rainn of Vengeance and The Hangman’s Noose, and he's currently expanding his creative reach with a children’s series titled The Magical World of Uncle Charlie.

Kirk shares his world generously with readers. On his website, he posts a biweekly poem series, Sonnet Sundays, and shares original short stories on the 13th of every month. His candid Vlogs, From the Hospital Bed of Love, air on the 1st and 15th of each month, giving followers an intimate look into his writing journey, personal reflections, and quest to secure a literary agent.

A devoted husband of 30 years and proud father of three—one of whom watches over him from heaven—Kirk brings heart, depth, and a touch of the supernatural to everything he writes. His story, “I’ll Take That Bet,” appears in the anthology Fantastical Worlds, where readers meet the infamous outlaw “Coydog” McGraw and the reckless college crew known as the Beer Squad. When their wagers turn deadly serious, only one will walk away the winner.

Whether you're a fan of vampires, poetry, wild westerns, or heartfelt storytelling, Kirk B. Forseth II welcomes the chance to connect—and maybe even talk monsters over coffee.
